His background includes serving as a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for 10 years, where he covered an array of information security disciplines, such as policy framework, information security audits, product testing, solution implementation, cyber forensics and risk management. He is experienced in coordinating and directing all phases of project-based efforts, while managing, motivating and mentoring teams.
Executive Advisor
Eric Eifert is an Executive Advisor for Pacific Global Security Group. With more than 25 years of military and civilian experience in information technology and cybersecurity, Eric provides executive guidance around all aspects of cybersecurity. Eric previously served as Senior Vice President at DarkMatter in the United Arab Emirates and Senior Vice President of ManTech International, where he led teams that provided customers onsite and remote security operations center services. This included intrusion detection and prevention, security event monitoring and detection, incident investigation, 24/7 continuous diagnostics and mitigation, and event resolution.
Eric also assisted customers in designing and building insider-threat detection capabilities; cyber threat intelligence; integrated network and security operation centers; continuous governance, risk and compliance monitoring; and cyber-situational awareness dashboards. Eric also served honorably as a Special Agent with the United States Air Force as a cyber-crime investigator and taught graduate cyber investigations as an adjunct professor at George Mason University.
